- I am a mother of three. Boy, 6 and girl, 3 and baby. I have been married for 7 years to a wonderful man. I love to read. It is almost an addiction. It is the one thing that I can do almost any time and anywhere. I love living in the city and being able to walk or ride my bike to many places. One of my favorite things to do it ride my bike with my daughter to the local farmers market and pick out wonderful, fresh fruits and vegetables. I love God and am doing my best to raise my kids to love the Lord and share His love. One of my favorite things is to sit and drink coffee with a friend while the kids play. Pure Joy!

If you are into the music of George Gershwin, Judith Rozenblum wrote an excellent biography of him. Well-researched, yet accessible.
Gold Cord by Amy Carmichael. It's amazing. She was a missionary to children in India in the first half of the 1900's. Her faith is really inspiring.

You've probably read it, but my all-time favorite is No Compromise by Melody Green (about Keith) I also just finished a loaner from Rae that I loved called The Family Nobody Wanted, about a couple that end up adopoting 12 mixed kids in the 40-50's and lived around this area. I really liked it, but it is pretty short. (I really like the G.G.)
